Risk and Return 2020

Risk and Return Webinar Series 2020

Our Risk & Return seminars have been running for the last 6 years.   Every year we tour the country and deliver the latest information on ACC, health and safety, workplace claims, and general business risk. This year of course it is a little different. Covid-19 and the uncertainty with which it entails has made us a little wary of booking physical venues. So we, like many businesses are pivoting and making the seminars online, AKA webinars. And this year to make it even more special, the proceeds of sales are going to Mates in Construction, because now more than ever is a good time to support our fellow kiwis in maintaining mental health. Last but definitely not least, we have over $12k worth of giveaways (free stuff!) from the good people at Pracmed NZ, n3 and Manual Handling NZ.

Business Continuity Planning

Banks and Financial Lenders are asking for businesses to provide Business Continuity Plans (BCP). They want assurances that the business can survive another set back or challenge.

We have been busy working with clients creating BCP's. We have seen common challenges and situations that are worth us sharing with you.

We take you through how a BCP is more than just a document to keep your bank happy. We show you how it can add value to your operations; support the board governance; support health & safety, IT, finance, etc.

A practical and thought provoking webinar.

Marty will host this webinar where he will bring his knowledge and expertise gained from operating in the risk management space for the last 10 years. Prior to this Marty owned a business that had numerous contracts with the Government which were severely challenged with the Global Financial Crisis hit in the 2000’s. He will share his learnings from this and from his past career as a financial auditor with Deloitte.

  5. Business Continuity Planning: what is it, why do we need it, how do we do it?

Webinars will run for 45 minutes including Q&A.

The first 15 people who register will receive a complementary ticket to PracMed's 'Stop The Bleed' course valued at $150 each! Learn how to save a life. Only one ticket per person / business across the 5 webinars.
