At Manage, we do a lot of Tōtika submissions for clients and happily so as we quite enjoy them.
Clients, regardless if they are SME or corporate, can get somewhat overwhelmed when considering Tōtika. Fair enough, we understand that. The word ‘audit’ can strike fear in most people. We also get that health & safety is not viewed with the same enthusiasm as us who specialise in it.

For our audits, we primarily use Qualify365.
We find Qualify365 proactive with their approach, always looking at ways to improve. As an example, Qualify365 have focused hard on further reducing the burden of businesses doing the submission.
Qualify365 have introduced a tool which is designed to support us directly through the assessment process. It can help interpret questions, clarify what evidence is required, and guide you on how to structure responses in line with Tōtika expectations. The intent is to reduce rework, improve submission quality, and make the overall process more straightforward.
We love this as it allows the conversation to focus on how we can improve rather than on interpreting an audit question.
