Step 2: we start our review and contact you via phone / Teams to ask a few questions.

Step 3: we crunch the numbers and prepare our report.

Step 4: we take you through the report via Teams, answer your questions, and agree to next steps.

Gives us access as accredited ACC Agents to your online information with ACC (via MyACC). We get access to your invoice history, payment history, etc. We do not get access to your claims information though - that is confidential given it covers your individual workers who have not give permission for us to access their personal information.
