Manage Group were recommended by our accountant to assist us with a very large activity reclassification invoice from ACC. Dealing with a large faceless bureaucratic organization was not going to be the best use of my or my staffs' time and it felt like the interactions we were having with ACC were getting us no where.

To top all this off ACC managed to direct debit the full $72k in one hit without any consultation with us - despite the invoice being in dispute.

Sue from Manage Group came in and just owned it. Her energy, attention to detail, absolutely client focused approach was nothing short of amazing.
