We take the same information that ACC uses, put it into our system and most of the time we will get a lower value. Our job is to then work with ACC to have your levies lowered. We do this for free because our clients have told us that they typically do not understand what they pay for so this way, they get to see what is possible and then have the confidence to do something about it.

Step 4: we take you through the report via Teams, answer your questions, and agree to next steps.

Gives us access as accredited ACC Agents to your online information with ACC (via MyACC). We get access to your invoice history, payment history, etc. We do not get access to your claims information though - that is confidential given it covers your individual workers who have not given permission for us to access their personal information.
