Manage Group Survey

Manage Group was founded in 2011, ironically, at the same time ACC introduced the penalty discount scheme on your ACC invoices. You could say it was fate, but it was merely a coincidence; however, it did set the scene to us becoming the experts in ACC for employers.

We quickly realised we are unique in our services and still to this day, there is no firm in NZ that does what we do in managing your levies and claims with the unashamed goal of reducing your levies. Not only that, we also proactively dovetail ACC risk into our health & safety solutions (and vice versa) as the two are intrinsically linked.

Over the last 15 years, we have steadily grown and are now a team of 15 with an expansive network of Allied Health, Occupational Health and H&S specialists.

We have four divisions covering ACC, H&S, Training, and our SHOPS division, providing first aid products, safety gear, and industrial signage.

During April, we undertook a survey of our clients across our business. We wanted to learn what you, our client, really thought of us.

Overall, we are quite chuffed with the feedback and as per the below graphs, you can see why. We have been given constructive feedback as well like providing an HR solution; more tools to support in evolving company culture; that sort of thing. We are working our way through all of these and where appropriate, will implement.
